A.C. Williams Elementary School Parking Lot
During this 4-week bootcamp, we’ll be doing a variety of workouts designed to help you burn fat, build lean muscle, gain more strength, improve your overall cardiovascular health, and improve your level of flexibility. You will need water, a workout mat, and a set of hand weights for each class. (Oh and don’t forget a towel to wipe all that sweat!)
Women only. All fitness levels are welcome. Unlimited spots available.
