Each week you will receive teachings on how nutrition impacts health and how to reach your healthiest weight, whether that means losing 1 pound or over 100, changing your body composition by losing fat and gaining lean muscle, or just fitting into your favorite pair of skinny jean comfortably.

Breakthrough Teachings

Simply put, weight loss is calories in versus calories out. So if it’s really that easy, why are we struggling to do it? Because there are underlying issues and obstacles that hold us back and keep us stuck. Each week, Jessica will share a breakthrough teaching that will help you identify the things that are keeping you from reaching your goals and help you overcome self-sabotaging patterns so that you can become your healthiest self.

Recommended Eating Guide

Whether you are a counter who loves to track everything you eat, or are more of a free-spirit who prefers to just eat within a set of guidelines without ever having to count calories or macros, we have something for everyone. As a member of our Inner Circle, you’ll receive access to our recommended eating guides.

Sample Meal Plans

Once a month, you will receive a sample weekly meal plan that you can use as an example to create your own meal plan that fits your schedule, lifestyle, and prefered way of eating.

12-Week Workout Plan

Once you are added to our private Facebook group, you’ll receive instant access to a 12-week workout plan that can be done at home or in the gym. All workouts can be printed and include links to videos that show you how to perform each exercise.

Weekly Live Session

Each week founders, Amber and Jessica, will go “LIVE” on the private Facebook page to answer questions, demonstrate things that will help you on your journey, help you overcome obstacles, and more. These live sessions will keep you motivated and inspired to keep moving forward.

All of our weekly teachings are archived in a Resource Library for you to be able to go back and access at any time as long as you are a member of the Inner Circle.
